Free shipping is available for orders over $50 shipping to contiguous USA. This excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories.

When will my order ship?

There is generally a 3 business day processing time for all orders prior to shipment. For example: if you choose next-day shipping, this does not mean your order will arrive tomorrow. It means that your items will be sent out via next-day shipping as soon as the order is processed.

Please note, some products may have longer lead times, especially during peak seasons. We will notify customers immediately if an item is back ordered.

Where will my orders ship from?

All orders are shipped from our California warehouse.

What are my shipping options?

RexProjector standard carrier is FedEx. However, if requested, we can ship orders via USPS or UPS. All orders are shipped Ground unless the customer requests an expedited method. Transit times vary. Note: All shipping quotes are just an estimate; actual prices may vary from the quote.

NOTE: RexProjector is not responsible for any lost package(s).

Canada Orders

RexProjector can now take orders via website for Canadian customers. Customers are required to pay for customs and duties.

Additional Information

All products are securely packaged prior to leaving our facility. Each box is insured to its full value and a signature is required upon delivery. All shipping charges are non refundable.

Our standard carrier (FedEx) cannot ship any order to a PO Box. A physical address is required for the shipping address. However, your billing address can be a PO Box.

Payment is due upon placing an order. Order processing will not begin until valid payment is received. Business Days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays observed by the Post Office and UPS, such as New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Sometimes the availability of the items in your order may change while we are processing your order. In this event, you will receive an email or phone call notifying you of a delay, and the remaining eligible items in your order will be shipped as scheduled.

Official RexProjector products are covered by a full 30 day Satisfaction Guarantee which includes a 30 day return and exchange guarantee along with a full 1 year manufacturer direct warranty.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
